How to Modify Your Lobo Orientation Reservation
If you need to modify your Spring Orientation Reservation, follow these easy steps to avoid our cancellation/no show fee and to make sure that you’re registered for a session that you can attend. 

1.    Check your cancellation deadline
Before modifying your reservation, please verify that the cancellation deadline for that session has not already passed.  If it has, you will only be able to cancel or change your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or car accident.  If you are in this situation, please call the Dean of Students Office immediately at 505-277-3361.

2.    Log in to your reservation account
As long as the cancellation deadline for your previously scheduled orientation session has not passed, all you need to do is log into your reservation account. Remember, the email and password for this system are unique, were set by you when you first made a reservation, and will not necessarily be the same as your UNM Net ID and password.  If you really can’t remember your password, you can reset it on the reservations web page See the FAQs for instructions.  

3.    Select the new date that you wish to attend
Make sure that you will be able to the new session that you are selecting.  If you are planning on bringing any guests or family members to orientation, please ensure that they are able to attend the session as well.  Note that our Family Connection Program is only offered in the summer.

4.    Confirm your new session date and mark your calendar
You know that your session registration is complete when you see “Your registration is now complete” at the top of the screen.  It is easy to forget to attend the new session that you signed up for, so write it down in a place where you’ll be sure to see it!  Don’t forget to take time off of work, hire a babysitter, or otherwise adjust your calendar to ensure that you will be prepared on the day of your orientation session.
