Decline UNM

This form is only for students who have applied to UNM, been admitted, and are not planning to attend UNM for the Summer or Fall 2013 Semesters.

• If you have already reserved a space for New Student Orientation, you MUST call 505-277-3361 to cancel. See the New Student Orientation Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for more information.
• If you have made housing arrangements, you MUST notify the Housing Office separately at 505-277-2606.
• Not following the proper procedures for canceling will have financial consequences.
