Lobo Orientation Accommodations

Student Overnight Stay
Lobo Orientation is a two-day program. All students participating in Lobo Orientation during Sessions 1-10 are required to stay overnight in the residence halls. Students that arrive unprepared for an overnight stay will be asked to leave and attend another session.

Housing for one night is included in the program fee for Sessions 1-10 of Lobo Orientation. The residence halls are not available for Sessions 11 and 12, however, the program cost is the same. There is no discount for Session 11 or 12 even though it does not include housing at the residence hall. Students will be responsible for their own overnight accomodations.

Residence Halls
Linens, towels, blankets, and a pillow will be provided in the residence hall room.

Check-In will be outside of La Posada Dining Hall at 8:00 a.m. on Day One of the program.

Check-Out is by 5:00 p.m. on Day Two at the Student Residence Center (SRC) front desk.

Additional Student Nights
Additional nights in the residence halls are available for students who attend Sessions 1-10 at $18.50 per night, per person. This is contingent upon availability. There is no residence hall housing available during Sessions 11 and 12.

Please indicate on the reservation form if you need any additional nights.

If you signed up for additional nights and arrive before Day One of your Lobo Orientation session date, check-in to your residence hall room at the SRC (Student Residence Center) front desk. The SRC front desk is open 24-hours. (Lobo Orientation staff is not available to serve guests outside of the session dates.)
