If you need to modify your Lobo Orientation Reservation, follow these easy steps to avoid our cancellation/no show fee and to make sure that you are registered for a session that you can attend.
Before modifying your reservation, please verify that the cancellation deadline for the session you are currently registered for has not already passed. If it has, you will only be able to cancel or change your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or car accident. If you are in this situation, please call the Dean of Students Office immediately at 505-277-3361.
As long as the cancellation deadline for your previously scheduled orientation session has not passed, all you need to do is log into your reservation account. Remember, the email and password for this system are unique, set by you when you first made a reservation, and will not necessarily be the same as your UNM NetID and password. If you really can’t remember your password, select "I cannot access my account" on the reservation log in site. See the FAQs for instructions.
Make sure that you will be able to attend the new session that you are selecting.
You know that your session registration is complete when you see “Your registration is now complete” at the top of the screen and receive a confirmation email. It is easy to forget to attend the new session that you signed up for, so write it down in a place where you’ll be sure to see it! Don’t forget to take time off of work, consult travel plans, or otherwise adjust your calendar to ensure that you will be available for the entire duration of your orientation session.
